CANCELLATION AND RETURNS
All customers are highly valued at Revill Mowers Ltd and we are extremely careful in our choice of products so that we give maximum value for your money but with the highest standards of quality and reliability. Occasionally things do go wrong and our over-riding interest is that you, the customer, are treated fairly and dealt with promptly. We have always worked on the principle that satisfied customers will always come back another day. In accordance with existing UK Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order within seven days of your contract with us, or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). However, you must ensure that the goods remain unused and are retained in their original packaging. You must contact us by telephone of email within these seven days for a returns authorisation number (where goods have have already been dispatched). In cases where goods have not been dispatched, a full refund will be given on instruction of cancellation. In cases where goods have been received, items must be returned at the customers own cost and risk. We will refund the price you paid for such goods once we are in receipt of the returned goods and satisfied that they are in their original condition. We will not refund your postage to return the item to us and we will also not refund the postage and packaging that we charged you to post the order to you in the first place (Your refund will be the final price before the postage charge). If your parcel was damaged in transit or faulty on receipt, please retain the carton and contents intact and contact us for further instructions. Returns may be subject to a handling fee, this is subject to our discretion and according to manufacturers instructions. Returns must be received by Revill Mowers and must not be returned directly to the manufacturer.
RETURNS PROCEDURE
1) Contact us by telephone on 01594 810746 or by email to parts@revillmowers.co.uk to obtain a returns authorisation number.
2) Package the goods safely and in a suitable carton (not just the factory box).You should include your order number or invoice number and the returns authorisation number given to you in step 1.
3) Return your goods to: Returns Department, Revill Mowers Ltd, Tufthorn Industrial Estate, Stepbridge Road, Coleford, Gloucestershire, GL16 8PJ, United Kingdom. We recommend that you use Royal Mail recorded delivery or another carrier that operates a “signed for” service and obtain proof of postage.
4) On receipt of goods to Revill Mowers Ltd, we will inspect them and contact you by telephone or email and arrange the appropriate refund as per our terms and conditions.
